Zempla is designed differently from broad, open-entry support marketplaces.
Every support worker must meet our minimum relevant professional experience and qualification standards before joining the platform. Relevant specialist capabilities will also be separately verified and clearly identified, helping clients and families find workers with the experience their support actually requires.
